So, I went to Antarctica, and I’m glad I did. Here is our ship, in situ on the Antarctic Peninsula. Small enough to avoid ice-bergs (mostly) navigate the narrow passages, enter the small bays and allow us to land on the continent.
We had a wonderful night here. Imaginative takes on traditional cuisine with matching regional wines. Here’s the menu. Joe presiding over table. Here’s the bread platter.
